CHILDCARE

Family-Friendly Conference
The Conference organizers are very sensitive to work-life balance situations and wanted to ensure that the conference is as much family-friendly as possible. To do so, and with the venue’s collaboration, we will prepare a ‘family-friendly space’ room so you can: disconnect from the busyness of the conference with your kids; relax with your kids in-between sessions; feed your kids or have lunch with them if you want to; change their diapers (if they are in that age); among other real-life situations when travelling with your family. Also, the conference is eager to provide childcare services under explicit demand working with an external collaborator.

Childcare services
Childcare facilities will be available at a small fee. Additional information about the childcare schedule and bookings will be provided in due time. Should you already wish to enquire about this, please contact: hola@centrecactus.com

DISCOVERING BARCELONA

The organizing committee recommends a series of recreational activities through which you can discover the city in depth, as well as enjoy a day of fun for both adults and children.
Barcelona is a box of surprises which will keep you entertained with countless cultural and recreational activities. Barcelona is an open-air museum. You can visit it by bus, bicycle or on foot, and enjoy its bustling streets. There are many ways to discover the city and a whole host of things to do, for those interested in culture, for those in search of entertainment or for those thinking about where to do some shopping.

We recommend you to purchase tickets for online cultural visits, in order to avoid queues. Please find HERE information on the most prominent places.

We also suggest that you accompany us on one of the two tours that we propose before the conference dinner, designed only for conference attendees. If you're interested in one of the tours, you can register during the Registration process.
